½ teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Optional: 1 sliced green onion, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl combining well (add optional ingredients now if desired)
  • Form mixture into patties
  • In a large pan, heat coconut oil on medium heat until hot
  • Add turkey patties to pan and cook in coconut oil for 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes on the other side
  • Serve on whole grain buns with toppings of choice
