Mothers of Health LLC., a Connecticut limited liability company, together with its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively “MoH”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our website visitors, customers and partners. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) we provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. By using our website you agree that your use is subject to the terms of this Policy and you consent to the collection, use and storage of your information by MoH (together with its affiliates and partners) in accordance with this Policy. MoH (may change this Policy at any time and will display the changes here in the form of a new Policy. If MoH (materially changes the ways in which it uses or shares personal information previously collected from you through the website, we will notify you by email, or other communication. What Personal Information May Be Collected?

Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, phone number, mailing address or email address.





MoH may collect personal information about you when you use our website; request information regarding our Services, sign up to receive newsletters, access promotional materials published by MoH or its licensors; participate in surveys or promotional activities; or participate in other activities on our website. The personal information we collect may include name, email address and other personal information that you choose to provide.

How Personal Information May Be Used

MoH may share personal information about you with our affiliated companies. In this instance, personal information shall be collected and retained in accordance with our third party service provider’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy (in addition to or in lieu of MoH’s). Other examples of third party service providers may include, hosting services, audio and video hosting providers, to the extent being used on our website. By using our services, you authorize MoH to sub-contract in this manner on your behalf; you acknowledge that such services are provided in accordance with third party terms and conditions and privacy polices and you agree to abide by such third party terms and conditions and privacy polices. In rare circumstances, we may share information if required by law, or in a corporate restructuring or acquisition context (see below for more details).

 

MoH may also disclose your personal information as we consider necessary to comply with the law or requests by governmental authorities, in connection with litigation, dispute resolution, or administration of this Policy or a possible violation of the rights of MoH or a third party. Children and Privacy

MoH does not knowingly or intend to solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not access our website. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Security of Personal Information

To protect the personal information we receive, MoH uses a secure server when you submit any form requiring registration. The secure server software (SSL) helps protect your information as it travels over the Internet by encrypting that information before it is sent to us. We have also implemented certain commercially reasonable security mechanisms and procedures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It should be noted, however, that we cannot guarantee that transmission of data over the Internet will be absolutely secure. Due to the open nature of the Internet the information you provide may be in environments that do not have adequate security measures and may be accessed and used by persons other than those intended. As a result, while protection of your personal information is important to us, MoH is not able to ensure the security of information you transmit to us and you assume the risk of any third party obtaining that information. Upon receipt of your information MoH will strive to ensure its security on our systems through commercially reasonable means. However, please be aware that the efforts we exert to secure your data do not constitute a warranty that they are absolutely protected from unauthorized access. We are not responsible for the breach by third parties of the safeguards we put in place to protect the privacy of your data.

Use of Cookies

Use of Aggregated; Di-identified Data

In this instance, no individual user can reasonably be individually identified or linked to any part of the information we use in this manner.
