Energetic Carrot Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:

½ cup romaine lettuce
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 bananas, peeled
1 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

PREPARATION:
  • Place all ingredients and blend until all fruit and vegetables are smooth and no longer chunky;
  • Ready to drink this delicious smoothie.
