Kale, Avocado, and Almond Butter Smoothie

We love a good smoothie and this summer you have to try our Kale, Avocado, and Almond Butter Smoothie. Loaded with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, this smoothie is a great way for kids to get the nutrients they need when on the go or as a quick breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lemon
- 4-5 carrots
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup almond or oat milk
- Bunch of kale or spinach
- 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flax seeds, optional
- 4 large ice pieces
PREPARATION:
Add the carrots, cucumber, and lemon to a blender.
Then, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
If you feel, add more milk.
