Honey Glazed Baked Salmon
SERVINGS 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ pounds wild salmon
2 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tabelspoons tamari
2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ lemon juiced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
optional: 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme or rosemary
PREPARATION:
- Marinate salmon up to 3 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Remove salmon from marinade and place in a glass 9 x 13 baking pan
- Brush salmon with some marinade
- Bake 20-25 minutes then turn up to broil for 2-3 minutes and bake until top of salmon starts to brown
- Remove from oven and serve warm
